Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bingo Deluxe mobile application, package name com.money.bingo.clash.win.real.cash.games (the “App”), operated by SquidStudio (“SquidStudio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

The App is intended for users who are at least 17 years old, or the minimum age required to use the App under applicable law in their location.

2. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, SquidStudio grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not:

  • copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works based on the App;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the App’s source code, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
  • interfere with, disrupt, damage, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its systems, or its users;
  • use bots, automation, scripts, exploits, or other unauthorized tools;
  • use the App in violation of applicable law or the rights of another person.

3. App Updates and Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App at any time, including features, content, technical requirements, and availability.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors. You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, operating system, and internet connection where required.

4. Advertisements and Third-Party Services

The App may display advertisements and may use third-party services, SDKs, analytics providers, and advertising partners.

Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, and data practices. We encourage you to review the applicable policies before interacting with third-party content.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, visual elements, text, logos, graphics, audio, gameplay elements, and other content, is owned by or licensed to SquidStudio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of the App or any intellectual property rights in it, except for the limited right to use the App under these Terms.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the App respectfully and lawfully. You must not:

  • attempt to cheat, manipulate gameplay, bypass technical restrictions, or exploit errors;
  • upload, transmit, or distribute harmful code, malware, or unauthorized software;
  • harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm other users;
  • use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
  • interfere with advertising, analytics, security, or anti-fraud measures.

We may investigate violations of these Terms and may restrict or terminate access to the App where reasonably necessary.

7. Privacy

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SquidStudio disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, security, and error-free operation.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SquidStudio and its affiliates, service providers, licensors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, created a security risk, interfered with the App’s operation, or used the App unlawfully.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and other legal provisions, will continue to apply.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date.

Your continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should stop using the App.
